Swiss Embassy Dublin 4

Advance Heating Systems were contracted to supply and install a Viessmann Vitocrossal 105kw condensing gas boiler replacing a sectional cast iron boiler with gas burner. The installation also included for a 300Lt twin coil stainless steel insulated cylinder, zone controls and commercial magnetic heating system filtration unit.
The embassy staff at the time of the installation were fully briefed on the specification, cost and implementation of all equipment installed. All works were completed to the satisfaction of the ambassador and his staff.   

Brannagan Meats Blanchardstown

Brannagan Meats are a meat processor located in Blanchardstown. Their production facility requires large volumes of hot water for daily cleaning throughout the plant. Advance Heating Systems designed and install a hot water production facility comprising of 3 No Viessmann Vitodens 200W 105kw boilers, 950Lt stainless steel insulated cylinder and stainless steel plated heat exchanger. The installation was completed over a very short period of time to minimise down time. Managing Director Michael Brannagan over saw the complete process and was extremely happy with the level of professionalism and quality of products installed

Jimmy Chadwick Foxrock

Mr Chadwick contracted Advance Heating Systems to supply install a Viessmann Vitodens 100W 35kw High Efficiency System boiler and 3 zone controls to his property. The installation qualified Mr Chadwick for the SEAI Better Energy Homes Scheme grant of €560.00 which he received directly a short time after the installation was complete.

Eoin Harte Castleknock

Advance Heating Systems won the contract to supply and install a new heating and renewable system in Mr Harte passive house new build in Castleknock. A full specification for the installation of a Viessmann Vitodens 100W 19kw System boiler, Viessmann Vitosol 300T 4sqMt evacuated tubes and a 400Lt twin coil insulated cylinder was given to the customer along with a competitive quote. The installation also included Rehau under floor heating, radiators upstairs, water harvesting system, and first / second fixing of designer bathrooms.

Valerian Salagean Tyrrelstown

A retrofit installation of Mr Salagean’s  property in Tyrrelstown Dublin 15 included a Viessmann Vitodens 100W 35kw boiler, 3 zone central heating / hot water controls, Viessmann Vitosol 300T 6sqMt evacuated tubes, 300Lt twin coil insulated cylinder and solar central heating supplement controls. The solar installation supplemented the heating system and provided no overheating from solar to the cylinder.
